I absolutely adored the elegant decor in the hotel's lobby and the cozy "Blue Room". The soft-gray, deep blue, and dusky purple hues created an inviting and comforting atmosphere, perfect for us seniors. The hotel's accessibility was also wonderful for us older folks, with comfortable seating and easy navigation throughout the property.

I would wish for more assistance from the staff's children to help seniors with mobility during their stay.

The hotel is clean, and they serve delicious breakfasts. The location is very central, making it easy to access all the attractions in Savannah. The downtown Savannah district is definitely worth exploring.

We had a really nice stay for our first visit to Savannah. The staff were caring and especially welcoming. The breakfast had a lot of options, including eggs and hot waffles. The location was perfect and magnificent, so close to bars and restaurants.

we stayed at doubletree by hilton, and the location was central to everything. the bed was super comfortable, and the valet parking was convenient. we walked all over the historic district and didn't have to worry about parking. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the breakfast included with the price for our room was really good, and the restaurant inside the hotel is one of the best in the historic district.

The breakfast at Doubletree By Hilton Historic Savannah is great - affordable and delicious with several entree options, high-quality food, and delicious omelets. The hotel also boasts an excellent location, being so close to all attractions.

We appreciated staff and location, the hotel had essentials we needed. The place was within walking distance of The Lady and Sons, where you can have dinner.

Its breakfast certainly should have been included in the price.

The location was absolutely perfect, with easy access to Telfair Museums Jepson Center. The hotel is situated in a safe area, close to the riverfront, city market, restaurants, nightlife, Riverfront.

I feel that if you stay at a mid-grade hotel that you should not have to pay for parking. Even though they advertised as "Welcome Back" only one Hostess (Mandy) ever said the words. Also, the breakfast bar in the restaurant was a bit pricey for what was offered.

Perfect location, super close to all the cool stuff like tourist spots, the Historic District, and lots of yummy restaurants and bars nearby. The breakfast here is top-notch, seriously delicious with eggs and amazing hot waffles! 🍳

The location is excellent; it is in the historic downtown district in Savannah. It is only a few blocks to River Street in one direction and a few blocks from City Market in the other direction (these are two of the main attractions in Savannah) . It is within walking distance to the majority of historical houses and museums and also the 22 "squares" (parks) that make Savannah so unique. There is a restaurant in the hotel that has a daily breakfast buffet, which was very good. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, which are all important factors.

It is on Bay Street, which is why it's so convenient, but there is a lot of traffic on that street and in the evenings you could hear a few of the loud motorcycles going by. The normal traffic (cars, semi-trucks, etc.) were not a problem and the motorcycles with normal mufflers could not be heard eaither; it was just the ones with the extremely loud mufflers that would make their presence known. I imagine most of the hotels would have the same issues. It was not enough of a problem to keep us from staying there on our next trip to Savannah.
